  • Orders cannot be canceled at the moment.

1.2 Merchant-Initiated Cancellations

  • Merchants reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of items, operational constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your order is canceled by the merchant, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Merchant cancels the order.
  • Issues with the delivered items, such as incorrect or damaged items, subject to verification.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically take 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or notification once the refund is initiated.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders canceled once after the order is placed.
  • Items that have been consumed or altered after delivery.
  • Disputes raised beyond 6 hours from the time of delivery.

4. How to Request a Refund or Raise a Concern

For refund requests or concerns, contact our support team via the "Help & Support" section in the app.

Provide your order ID, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence, such as photos of damaged items.

5. Amendments to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
